Based on the principles of GAMP®5, we have developed our market leading, paperless quality management process. This enables all key stakeholders to securely sign-off document approval electronically, saving time and making it easier to centralise files with full traceability at every stage.

Requirements:

Achieving your business objectives is just as important as having a robust technical solution. We work closely with you to understand your business and regulatory drivers to ensure we develop tailored and innovative solutions which fully deliver against your specifications.

At the outset a dedicated lead engineer will be assigned responsible for managing the project team. They will keep you informed at all stages and ensure everything is agreed and delivered on time.

They will capture all of your requirements together and we will confirm alignment before any design or development work is started.

Design

Secondly, after we have agreed the requirements we produce a detailed design, which takes into account your own company standards and industry best practices. This includes all aspects of the automation solution we are developing, including the hardware, software, HMI and user experience.

Development

Once we have finalised the requirements and design, our highly experienced engineers will then code the software and build the supporting control boxes. This is always tailored to each specific project for seamless integration with your other systems and processes.

Despite working worldwide when needed, our team are all based in one central location. We work closely together to cultivate a collaborative approach. Each project is managed by the project lead engineer, giving you one point of contact.

Validation

Throughout the development process there is a constant programme of testing and refinement. This gives you the confidence that what we deliver performs optimally first time.

Our electronic validation process is referenced to the defined and agreed requirements using a detailed traceability matrix. There is a formal version control process additionally built in for software issue and hardware traceability. Meaning all changes to the system are recorded at all times. This allows us to be flexible, adapting to additional feature requests or changes to requirements as the project progresses.

Delivery

We attend manufacturing sites globally as required to ensure the impact of the automation we deliver are seamlessly integrated with other systems and processes as needed.

Only once all the key stakeholders are satisfied that the automation solution is fully operational is the project signed off.

We appreciate business needs change, whether it is manufacturing processes, new equipment or relocation. Our highly validated QMS facilities flexibility in updating or changing the automation processes. With full traceability at every stage, we can identify what changes need to be made, saving time and cost of a new automation project.
