There have been a lot of changes over the past few years. Economic instability created by major events such as COVID, Brexit, wars and multiple UK prime ministers have been a challenge. But through it all our business has thrived and we couldn’t have done that without our amazing team of people. All of whom contribute to what is Feed4ward. Everyone has a part to play in ensuring our automation solutions are developed to the highest standard. Delivering on time and on budget, no matter what their role.

In March we passed the 5 year milestone for two of our team members, Gwen and Krzysztof. It’s a great opportunity for us to acknowledge their contribution.

Gwen Paffett

Our Office Administrator, Gwen. She has been an integral part of the team implementing our new SAP processes and keeping our office running smoothly. Gwen joined us as maternity cover when our Office Manger had her first child. We were so impressed with Gwen that we asked her to stay on as permanent staff. We are glad that we did.

Krzysztof Gertig

Krzysztof joined our team as a Project Engineer in March of 2019 from Poland. His experience in PLC coding and electronic design has been invaluable. Particularly with some of the more technically adventurous projects that we have taken on.

Our business and team are continually growing. We are pleased to be able to say that 60% of our team have been part of our business for 5 years or more. Demonstrating our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive culture and a generally being a nice place to work. It also ensures we provide continuity to our customers and a personal service experience.
