With great excitement and an ambitious plan for the future, we announce the completion of a Management Buyout at Blue Jelly.<\/p>\n

Blue Jelly has been on a tremendous journey through its 22 years of trading. In the beginning, Paul & Kevin set out to disrupt the design and build industry by embracing the ever-changing landscape of the workplace. Scott Colman joined soon after as a Director and Shareholder. Together they built a strong business with a reliable, repeat client base. Their depth of experience and their industry knowledge set Blue Jelly apart from the competition.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Paul, Kevin & Scott welcomed Jon Odey & Mark Bradburn to the executive team as shareholders. A new era of Blue Jelly began with a shared vision for the future and ambitious growth and development goals for the business.<\/p>\n

Following a three-year transition and handover process the time was right for the management buyout to complete. Jon, Mark & Scott will continue to grow and develop the business now and into the future. Blue Jelly\u2019s mission, vision & values remain unchanged, we are here to create places where people want to work.<\/p>\n

Paul Horne & Kevin Ward will be stepping back from the business over the next few months. This is not a hard stop for them. As legacy shareholders, they are keen to see out the projects that they are involved in and any other client commitments.<\/p>\n
