The pandemic has been utterly inescapable; it’s dominated our lives and disrupted our way of working. Our much-loved chats in the canteen have been replaced with the odd message exchange on Microsoft Teams. Many who missed the boat before IKEA closed have been left deskless, working from our sofas, some even using ironing boards as makeshift worksurfaces. And I dare not remind you of the dreaded working from home and home-schooling scenario…<\/p>\n
But now, as we look forward to a future outside of the fully controlled parameters of pandemic-fuelled limbo, everyone’s looking to each other to ask the question; what’s the plan at your workplace?<\/p>\n
