Blue Jelly Deliver Technology-led Workplace for Synamedia

We are delighted to have designed and delivered a technology led new workplace for our valued client Synamedia.

In a process of ‘re-gearing’ their workplace model for the first time in the ‘post covid’ era, we worked to evaluate shortlisted buildings which ultimately led to selection of an ideally sized location at ‘The Heights’ in Weybridge.

Working on behalf of Synamedia and the Building Landlord, Kennedy Wilson, we divided the spaces to create 2 demised occupier suites. One measured 10,500sqft, the other 8,000sft. This approach saved time and on-site costs.

The outcome delivers a dynamic destination for their nomadic and office based staff.
